1. This product is a high-voltage equipment. If you do not have any professional knowledge, please do not open the chassis maintenance equipment.
2. Do not place the generator near equipment that is too humid or flammable or explosive.
3. The working voltage of the high-voltage end of the ultrasonic transducer is about 600-1200V. It is strictly forbidden to contact any part of the high-voltage end when the wave is transmitted, otherwise there is danger of electric shock and burn! The power output of the electrical box and the connecting line of the ultrasonic transducer cannot be reversed, otherwise the chassis will be powered by high voltage.
4. Before connecting the power supply, first check if the switch is OFF (0). To prevent electric shock, use a grounded power source for the vibration source.
5. During the working process, if the working frequency is lower and lower, the temperature of the transducer is too high, which may be a fan problem on the chassis. Please check whether the fan on the rack is damaged. It is also possible that the mold is cracked.
6. During the work, if the frequency reaches the highest set value and a drip warning sound is issued, there is a problem with the transducer, horn or mold, which needs to be checked or replaced.
7. When the generator alarm indicator (red light) is on, turn off the power in time, check if the connection between the transducer and the generator is disconnected, and the transducer is damaged.
8. Fans, transformers, etc. in the main unit need to use a brush to remove dust on the surface every 6 months. The environment is dirty every 3 months to remove dust on the surface.
